Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds after that.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Due to room turnover and cleaning protocols we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

The Reunion Hotel provides eight dedicated parking spots for a $25 charge. Three parking spots and one ADA compliant parking spot are located behind the hotel. Five additional parking spots are located in the Premier Parking lot located diagonally across the street at 1015 Clearview Avenue, Nashville, TN 37206.

Due to limited parking spaces, one parking pass is provided per room. The parking pass must be displayed on the vehicle's dashboard when parked in the designated Reunion Hotel parking spot. Parking passes are located in your room.

Please be aware that due to our attachment to a popular bar and proximity to other establishments, noise levels may be higher, especially during peak hours and on weekends. We are unable to control noise from surrounding bars and establishments. For your comfort, every room is equipped with earplugs and sound machines to help with the any noise. If you are seeking an exceptionally quiet stay, our location may not be the best fit.

Yes. The community pantry, located on the second floor, has a Keurig coffee machine and all the necessities for making a cup of coffee. At the pantry, you'll also find carafes for bringing filtered water back to your room. Additionally, the pantry is stocked with plateware, silverware and paper towels in case you've hit the late night walk up window at 5 Points Pizza (hint, hint).

Yes. Nashville has a bountiful supply of Uber and Lyft drivers, as well as the new electric scooters from Bird and Lime. We're a 15 minute car ride from the airport and just a few minutes from downtown. There's a B-cycle station right in front of the hotel that allows you to rent bikes and hop around to different neighborhoods. We're also located in a very walkable neighborhood.

Guests can order food from the bar from the comfort of their room via a QR code located on the TV home screen. Guests may order beer at the bar and take it back to their room to enjoy!

No, but there are numerous walkable options in East Nashville such as GYM 5, East Nashville Hot Yoga, Orange Theory, and Verticity Cycling Studio.

Shelby Park and Shelby Bottoms Greenway offer miles of bike trails along the Cumberland River. There is a B-cycle station right in front of the hotel if you want to rent a bike.

Yes! There is an ice machine located in the community pantry on the second floor. Additionally, rooms 301 & 302 are equipped with their own mini ice machines.
